  • All new subscriptions are billed immediately at signup and placed into our next shipping cycle.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service:

  • Canada: 1–2 business days
  • USA: 2–3 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by region and may be affected by customs clearance

Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Canadian Customers

Your total price will include the product price plus any applicable provincial/territorial sales tax based on your shipping address.

International Customers

  • Additional customs charges, duties, or taxes may be applied by your country’s customs agency.
  • These charges are your responsibility, and The Barbell Box cannot predict or control them.

5. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

All orders are shipped through trusted third-party carriers.
Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking information will be included when available
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is handed to the carrier

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages due to address errors
  • Additional charges for reshipping
    If your box is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (fees may apply).

7. Missing, Damaged, or Lost Items

As stated in our Terms & Conditions:

  • Any missing or damaged shipments must be reported within 30 days of shipping.
  • Damaged items must include a photo for review.
  • Packaging blemishes are not considered damage.
  • If the item is available, a replacement will be shipped — refunds are not offered in this case.
  • Final decisions regarding refunds or replacements are at the discretion of customer support.
